I am the co-founder of Aeton Law Partners LLP. My firm is located in Middletown, CT at the Centerpoint complex. I practice law throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts in both state and federal courts. I have been writing about business litigation and technology issues for more than 5 years. I started off by writing a column for the Connecticut Law Tribune. Since that time, I started this blog and I also published a book on discovery forms for litigation in Connecticut. Here is a list of some of my additional articles and publications. In 2013, I started contributing as a board member and author to ALM’s online attorney resource, Smart Litigator Connecticut.
My practice includes representation of individuals and businesses in a range of matters such as breach of contract, business disputes, trade and commerce, technology, employment, construction, real estate, trade secrets, and products liability. In addition, I provide general counsel type services to individuals and businesses throughout Connecticut for litigation, technology, human resources, contract, and risk management issues.
I started this blog to provide information on a variety of issues related to business and lawsuits. The blog covers lawsuits, case decisions, legislation, and legal issues. Additionally, I periodically will stray off topic and offer practical technology tips on a host of issues relevant to Connecticut business owners and managers.
