I am the co-founder of Connecticut's business and technology law firm, Aeton Law Partners LLP.   My firm is located in Middletown, CT at the Centerpoint complex.  I practice law throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts in both state and federal courts.

My practice includes representation of individuals and businesses in a range of matters such as breach of contract, business disputes, trade and commerce, technology, employment, construction, real estate, trade secrets, and products liability. In addition, I provide general counsel type services to individuals and businesses throughout Connecticut for litigation, technology, human resources, contract, and risk management issues.

I am a member of the Connecticut and Massachusetts Bar Associations, the Council on Litigation Management, the Defense Research Institute, International Association of Privacy Professionals, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, Connecticut Employment Lawyers Association, and Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association. 

I started this blog to provide information for in-house attorneys and corporate counsel, litigation and risk managers, human resource executives, individuals, business owners, and Connecticut attorneys. The blog will cover lawsuits, legislation, and legal issues. Additionally, the blog regularly will include practical technology tips on a host of issues relevant to Connecticut business owners and managers with a focus on privacy laws, data loss, social media and security beaches.
